Do you have the item in a different color?
We do sometimes have additional colors available. Please email for a color request.
Where is my Order?
Please allow us 2-4 business days to ship your order after you have placed it. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number to the email that you entered when you checked out on the Olivia Pratt website.

How do I get a refund if I forgot to enter my voucher number as a discount code and was charged the regular price?
Answer: Email your order number and your voucher number to email@example.com. We can cancel your order or issue you a refund.
What do I do if my voucher number is not working?
This can either be a system glitch or the voucher could have been expired. Please email your voucher number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to further assist you.
